Just another girl from NYC. A multi-facted creative that lives, loves and laughs! I've had my share of finding my forever home in a sorority and I'm grateful I found ATX. Walking into this journey I was hesitant because of the past fails I had with joining a sorority, but something told me that this was the one and I went with it. From pledging to crossing over I had nothing but a positive experience, and I've grown to love each of these ladies individually. Sometimes you'll here negative things about sororities, and I can definitely attest to some of those things being true but ATX has proved me wrong. ATX showed me that women can come together and form a genuine sisterhood, talk things out without all the drama, and build a beautiful foundation. I only pray to continue this beautiful journey with my sisters and form a bond far beyond SL.

I'm a Mother, Daughter, Friend, & Sister here on Second Life. I'm the CEO of a Black owned brand named Bláque here on Second Life. If you are wondering why I went Alpha, keep reading. Sisterhood is nothing new to me growing up in a household with three older sisters was challenging but ultimately influenced me to join a sorority and gain more sisters. What attracted me to Alpha Tau Xi was the Colors, Motto, & Pillars. Now that I am a Medusa I love ATX because it made it clear that real sisterhoods does exist here on Second Life. ATX is a group of women from different backgrounds coming together to inspire, uplift, & collaborate with one another. The lifelong connections I am forming with my sisters here in Alpha Tau Xi will be cherished for the rest of my life. I love being a Medusa! 🐍💖

I'd never done the whole sorority thing before. To be honest, Alpha Tau Xi won me over with a skating party. I was honestly just there hanging out, but everybody seemed so cool, and I'm one of those people who doesn't exactly mesh well with everybody all the time. So, after actually hanging out with these ladies a few more times, it was outta my hands. lol I decided to join. That was months ago, and I still love it here. I'm really glad I stepped out of my usual thing in SL and tried something new. I never would've met these women who are now my sisters if I hadn't.
I'm almost always super quiet when I first meet people. It's nothing personal, I think it's one of those Scorpio things where I just gotta see how you move first before I decide to say more than hi. I'm a musician, and my absolute favorite ice cream is Mint Chocolate chip. But it has to be the green one.

I was done with the Greek world after being apart of a few orgs and it not working out I said no more. Yet I still longed for a sisterhood, to be apart of a group of ladies and form an true unbreakable bond. So when Alpha Tau Xi was brought to my attention I was a little hesitant but intrigued. I decided to give it a chance and I’m so thankful that I did. I’m so happy to have met and bonded with these ladies. It was so genuine. I truly feel at home and know I’ll have lifelong friends, SISTERS!

An organization that truly cared about women and growth. The Empowerment that is oozing out of ATX is unmatched! This isn’t any Sorority but the BIG One! Big pressure! I told myself after my past experiences I wasn’t going to join the Greek world again but something about this organization just stood out for me , from day one they showed me nothing but love & support , they were very understanding & patient with a lot of rather it comes down to our complex that’s how a sisterhood should be , we should be uplifting each other & not trying to tear each other down .I should be welcomed here not forced to be uncomfortable where I call my home . I am most definitely proud to be a strong , powerful , & beautiful Medusa .

Everyone loves each other and the vibe is always vibin 💞 i was nervous at first about joining a sorority because I’m really awkward when it comes to making friends, it takes me a while to come out of my shell. But with this group of ladies i can be myself. These are my sisters. We stand together to uplift and support each other as strong, beautiful women!
